Absolutely nothing. We will fund the entire process and we will even pay for your legal fees involved in getting the Agreement set up.

We ensure that our vision and objectives are completely aligned right from the very start. If your goal is to maximise the value of your land, then we will work with you to achieve that. If your goal is more specific to provide community benefits above and beyond what’s needed, then we will support you in achieving this goal.

Yes. You get to use your land as you normally would until it has been sold.

In exchange for funding the application, taking on the risk and managing the process, all we ask for in return is a pre agreed share of the uplifted value. In the event that planning permission isn’t obtained, we receive nothing. It’s our risk.
