Your Journey

  1. Consultation and Evaluation > Initial discussion to understand your needs followed by an initial planning assessment and cost appraisal of your lands potential.

  2. Agreement of Terms > Having agreed to move forward, we then discuss and agree the terms of our partnership, validated and agreed with your chosen solicitor.

  3. Planning and Design > Along with my expert consultants, I will prepare the planning application which includes; liaison with parish and district councils, detailed planning statement, site design, surveys and application readiness.

  4. Planning Approval > Gaining planning permission is complex, and during this phase I will be submitting the application, working closely with the council to navigate any queries, and seeing the process through to final approval.

  5. Selling Your Land > With planning now approved, and having already conducted a full search of potential buyers for your land, I will present to you the best options. We will discuss and agree the right bid for you, and from there I will see the sale process through to closure.
